Its Goku's signature technique and also Students of Turtle Hermit School. KAME HAME HA was the first energy blast in Dragon ball meta series. KAME HAME HA is based on names, Roshi Kame is full name of Master Roshi. Hawaiian king Kamehameha , Yes there was king named Kamehameha.
